Monthly Subscription Closures

When you initiate a termination request for your rolling premium tier, the formal closure of the account takes place precisely at the boundary of your existing 30-day billing cycle. In other words, triggering a cancellation simply halts future automated billing events.

You are entirely free to exploit all premium tools and software utilities through to the final minute of that pre-paid timeframe. Once that cycle expires, access drops, and zero future invoices will be generated against your payment method.

Zero Pro-Rated Capital Returns

NINJA-AI enforces a mathematically strict rule regarding partial usage: we entirely reject any attempts to secure pro-rated chargebacks or mid-cycle capital returns.

If you pay for a standard billing block, that capital is permanently secured. Whether you decide to terminate the account on day 2 or day 28 of your cycle, you forfeit the financial balance. You maintain platform authorization for the holistic duration of that window, independent of the exact timestamp of your cancellation input.
